The Importance of Attendance
As we welcome back students for the start of a new year, one of our main priorities over the coming
weeks is to ensure we support all of our students in attending school. We look forward to working
alongside parents and carers, and will be providing information shortly on how best to support your
child with their attendance, and detailing the procedures we have in place as a school with regards to
non-attendance. The link between attendance and achievement is undeniable, and we recognise that
working together will make a huge difference as this will ensure every student has the best possible
chance to achieve.
